Metergy Solutions is excited to announce the recent acquisition of Energy Management Systems (EMS₃), the largest submetering services provider in Pennsylvania, with a strong presence in 40 states and over 70,000 meters under contract. This acquisition increases Metergy’s service portfolio to over 700,000 meters under contract, solidifying its position as a leading submetering utility management provider across North America.

Backed by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, EMS3 will play a key role in Metergy’s growth strategy.  EMS3 will continue to operate under its well-established brand and maintain its headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania.
