We are so delighted that you are joining us as a sponsor of the 2024 FRPO MAC Awards. We have lots of exciting things and exposure opportunities available for our awards gala this year.

Please find below a list of deliverables and timelines as part of your sponsorship package. All specs are listed below.

Our event is coming up pretty quickly, so it is critical that you send in your assets by the deadline so that you don’t miss out on any advertising/marketing opportunity.

1. Company Details

Please fill out your Company Details in the form below to be include on the MAC Awards website. This will be public information. If you do not provide new Company Details we will use what was provided to us last year.

2. Company Logo

If your logo has changed please upload your company logo to your specified Drpbox folder. If not, we will use the logo provided last year that we have on file.

3. Website Banner Ad

Please provide a Website Banner Ad to which will be placed on the new MAC Awards website. If you do not provide us with a new Website Banner Ad we will use what was provided to us last year.

4. Website Video Clip

Please provide a short 20-30 second promotional video which will appear on the MAC Awards website in your sponsorship listing.

Video content suggestions include (but are not limited to):

• New and exciting news about your company
• You may also consider a message of industry inspiration and thanks
• Or you may use an existing promotional video

Video Tips:

• Film your video horizontally
• Film your video indoors for best sound (use a microphone if you can)
• Film beside a window (not in front or behind) for best light
• Look to shoot in front of a dynamic background
• Wear jewel tones, avoid reds, greens and whites as well as bold patterns on camera
• Write down your 3-5 points you would like to say then rehearse and record

5. Event Guide – Advertisement

A print copy of the guide will be provided to ALL attendees at the Awards Gala.

A digital copy of the Event Guide will be emailed out to ALL FRPO members.

We encourage sponsors to utilize this opportunity with a custom ad designed specifically for this event that mentions working with FRPO Members, congratulates this year’s winners and nominees, proud to sponsor this event and/or a holiday greeting. PLEASE SEE FILE SPECIFICATIONS BELOW.
